Every month the Allegheny County Sheriff's Office publishes its real-estate sale list as a long PDF: hundreds of properties, each with a case number, a minimum bid, a one-line status and a block of legal shorthand ("NSM ON DEF, NEED 3129.2", "PP TO 11/2/26"). After the sale, a second PDF reports what happened to each one.
AlleghenySheriffSales republishes both documents as a searchable database. Each property shows the address, municipality, parcel ID, minimum bid, sale type and current status, with the Sheriff's comments rewritten in plain English. Past results are kept month by month so you can see which properties sold, for how much, and which were postponed or stayed and why.

Sale lists and results come from the documents the Sheriff's Office publishes on its own website; we upload each PDF and extract it, and every import is logged with the source file name and revision date. Parcel, assessment and lien data come from the Western Pennsylvania Regional Data Center (WPRDC), Allegheny County's open-data portal. We do not scrape court dockets and we do not sell your data.
